Hundreds of tributes have poured in for little Christopher Ward who sadly passed away on Friday after he was hit by a truck in Co Armagh.
Christopher aged 3, who was tragically knocked down on Friday morning in Bessbrook, Co Armagh sadly passed away in Daisy Hill Hospital in Newry, due to the extent of his injuries he received in the incident.
Amongst the tributes one person who arrived at the hospital along with 200 other people hoping for good news said: “They were totally distraught when they heard that the wee lad hadn’t made it.”
Meanwhile a family member also paid tribute to little Christopher online saying: ” R.I.P To My Baby Cousin Christopher May You Rest In Peace.”
Police say they are currently investigating the incident and are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision to contact officers in Newry by calling 101 quoting reference number 399 of 11/08/17.
