Helicopter belonging to Leicester City FC owner crashes outside stadium

The Leicester City FC owner’s helicopter has crashed outside the clubs King Power stadium this evening.

According to reports in the UK, the helicopter which is used to transport the club’s owner Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha from home games apparently crashed moments just after take off.

It is not yet known if the Leicester City FC owner was onboard the helicopter when it crashed to the ground.

It is understood emergency services rushed to the scene and extinguished the fire a short time later, but it is not yet known how many people were onboard the helicopter which can carry at least 20 passengers.

The tragic incident occurred just a short time after the club’s 1-1 draw with West Ham United this evening.
