An elite Ukrainian sniper unit has eliminated no fewer than 550 enemy combatants, according to reports emerging today.
Known as The Ghosts of Bakhmut, and proudly sticking to the sniper creed of ‘One shot, one kill’, these heroes have rid their homeland of about half a battalion worth of enemy personnel so far. The ghosts stalk their prey for hours until they can get a clean shot.
The squad’s leader, who goes by the codename ‘Ghost’, claims to have killed no fewer than 113 high-value targets single-handedly.
To date, no member of the Ghosts of Bakhmut squad has been killed or captured, a testament to their skill and ability.
