He’s had enough: Migrant says direct provision in Ireland is oppressing migrant children and demands the government must end direct provision

A migrant activist, who himself was granted asylum as a migrant in Ireland is demanding that the Irish government ends direct provision immediately.

Migrant Lucky Khambule is the co-founder of the ‘Movement of asylum seekers in Ireland’ and is denouncing direct provision in Ireland claiming that it oppresses migrant children who arrive in Ireland.

Many feel however, that the upwards of 3,000 Irish children who are homeless in Ireland should be catered for before any migrants who arrive on our shores.

There’s uproar in East Wall, Dublin after two large coach loads of male migrants arrived into the community completely unannounced and with no consultation with locals.
