Not everyone is happy that Micheal Martin is once again the Taoiseach of Ireland. Some people on social media have blasted Martin, claiming that he’s “not their Taoiseach”, and that he’s “arrogant”.
Fianna Fail’s Micheal Martin is once again Taoiseach of Ireland.
His party got the most seats in last year’s general election and he will lead the government with Simon Harris now stepping in as Tanaiste.
Martin will be Taoiseach for 3 years, with Harris then taking over for the last 2 years of the new government’s term.
Both party leaders have said that “the people have spoken”, after the election with Martin claiming he’ll secure Ireland’s future.
