A hit-and-run incident in the capital has left a young boy with serious injuries.
The incident happened in the Fortunestown Lane area of Tallaght on Saturday evening. The car that struck the victim did not remain at the scene.
The boy’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Investigations are ongoing.
