Dozens of Hollywood celebrities have promised to boycott the US State of Georgia after the State’s legislature passed a bill banning abortions on unborn babies after six weeks.

Legislatures in the Southern State passed the H.B. 481 “Heartbeat bill” last week preventing unborn babies with a detectable heartbeat from being aborted.

This new bill prompted outrage from Hollywood celebrities with former actress, now full time “social justice” activist Alyssa Milano to pen an open letter to the state’s lawmakers promising to force the entertainment industry to “move to a safer state for women”.

Other celebrities including Ben Stiller, Amy Schumer, Don Cheadle, Chelsea Handler, Rosie O’Donnell, Debra Messing, Alec Baldwin and Sarah Silverman signed the letter promising to boycott the state unless unborn babies with heartbeats continue to be aborted.

Despite the threats from progressive Hollywood celebrities the bill was passed by the Atlanta legislature.
