Cairdeas Homeless Action Group is asking B&Bs across Dublin to accommodate homeless people during the Christmas period.

Lynn Cahill, the group founder, has said that Cairdeas will pay for the accommodation.

According to Ms. Cahill, the people have been ‘handpicked and vetted,’ and will be ‘free from drink and drugs.’

Cairdeas has initiated a GoFundMe page and is currently accepting donations. They have so far received €5,900 in just seven days, and are currently €1,600 off their target.
