A young boy sadly died after a his legal guardians buried him in a ‘coffin of snow’ after he failed to remember 13 verses of the Bible, authorities have revealed.
In a harrowing tale of abuse the young boy named as Ethan Hauschultz, aged 7, sadly passed away from hyperthermia and blunt force trauma after his cruel guardians buried him alive last April.
It is understood little Ethan who was under the care of Timothy and Tina Hauschultz, when he was subjected to relentless abuse which included him being forced to a hold a 44lbs log for two hours a day.
According to reports in the US, Ethan and his twin were subjected to relentless abuse by their guardians and their teenage son because they failed to memorise the passages.
Amongst other instances of abuse the young boy was badly beaten by the couple’s teenage son who is alleged to have punched him over 100 times.
He also is alleged to have stood on his head whilst he lay face down in the mud, before rolling a heavy log over his entire body.
It is reported that Timothy has been charged with murder, whilst Tina has been charged with failure to protect a minor.
Meanwhile their teenage son has been charged with first degree reckless homicide.
