Houlihan encourage at no deaths but says people must be vigilant




The Chief Medical Officer welcomed the fact that there were no deaths announced today from coronavirus but said that people need to vigilant and that we all need to work towards 0 cases per day.

Earlier, the Department of Health confirmed that no one has died from coronavirus today and 18 more cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in the Republic of Ireland.

In an announcement made this evening the Department confirmed that there are currently 25,324 confirmed cases in the Republic of Ireland and a total 1,712 deaths.
