A number of patient groups and other organizations are this morning strongly urging the HSE to stop the practice of referring cancer patients to debt collecting agencies.
Cancer sufferers are reportedly being hounded by predatory agencies looking for money, a practice which is currently fully abetted and encouraged by the decrepit HSE.
Patients undergoing treatment are being threatened with legal action over unpaid fees, which in some cases amount to just 80e.
