New figures just released show that house sales across Dublin rose by 16% over 2017.
The total number of properties sold was 17,491, with a transaction value of €7.4bn.
Dublin 17, Dublin 24, and Dublin 13 recorded the biggest increases, with 88%, 71%, and 55% respectively.
