
The HSE have confirmed that two more women have been contacted in wake of the recent CervicalCheck controversy.
In an announcement made on Tuesday, the Health Service Executive said so far they have contacted 205 women or families of the 209 women affected by the scandal.
They also revealed that the latest audit shows that in total 18 women died after they were provided with incorrect tests results.
The latest announcement comes as the heath also confirmed that in total 7,103 calls have been returned by the CervicalCheck screening service.
