The Chief Executive of the HSE Paul Reid has confirmed that over 50% of the adult population has been fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
In an announcement on Twitter, Reid said: “There are now over 50 per cent of the adult population fully vaccinated, with 69 per cent having their Dose 1.”
He went onto say: “A total of 4.43 million vaccines administered to date with 345,000 completed last week.”
