The HSE have confirmed that a total of 4.3 million Covid-19 vaccines have been administered to date.
In a tweet HSE Chief Executive confirmed that 2.56 million first dose vaccine have been administered.
Meanwhile a total of 1.8 million second doses have been administered to date.
Reid also said that on average 55,000 doses were each day this week.
