The HSE has confirmed that the number cases of coronavirus in the Republic of Ireland has rise to 223 since Sunday with 54 new cases.
The news comes after the HSE ramps up testing with GPs getting testing kits and the public possibly having drive-through testing in Croke Park in coming days.
People are once again advised to keep socialising to an absolute minimum, to wash their hands and use hand sanitizer.
The HSE say that Croke Park may be used for testing patients.
