HSE’s boss, Paul Reid -who is on half a mill a year himself while presiding over a crumbling and decrepit health service, implicitly allows debt collection hawks to begin calling people just six weeks after initial billing.
This adds unnecessary stress and worry for people who may be undergoing treatments with uncertain outcomes.
