Speaking at a HSE briefing Chief Executive Paul Reid confirmed that 77,303 have been given the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine.
Reid said a total of 69,378 frontline healthcare workers have received the vaccine, whilst 7,925 people in long term care facilities have been given the first dose.
