In a sharp rebuke to the EU over their legal action against Hungary over their anti-paedophilia law, which prohibits homosexual and transgender propaganda being targeted at children as “education” and “entertainment” the country’s Prime Minister has announced a referendum on the legislation.
Last week, the EU Commission began legal action over the measures, which have been included in amendments to education and child protection laws that limits schools’ teaching about homosexuality and transgender issues.
However, Prime Minister Orban has remained steadfast in the face of the EU elite stating in a Facebook video
“The future of our children is at stake, so we cannot cede ground in this issue.”
The stalwart leader went on to say:
“In the past weeks, Brussels has clearly attacked Hungary over its child protection law. Hungarian laws do not permit sexual propaganda in kindergartens, schools, on television and in advertisements.”
The European Commission did not immediately comment.
