There’s been uproar on social media after the emergence of a teenager getting badly beaten by a gang of teenage thugs who were armed with hammers.
Social media users are saying that they blame the thugs’ parents and also the lenient sentences that get handed out.
A teenager is reportedly in serious condition in hospital this evening after he was attacked by a group of youths armed with hammers.
According to Dublin Live, the 16-year-old was rushed to Dublin’s Beaumont Hospital with serious head injuries and internal bleeding.
It is believed that the sickening attack occurred which involved up to 30 youths occurred in Baldoyle at approximately 5pm on Wednesday evening.
Gardaà say they are currently investigating the incident.
