Hundreds of people braved the elements today to queue up to get their booster jab at the Galway Races setting in Ballybrit.
People queued as the rain poured down with some people saying that they were waiting 2 hours to get their jab.
One man commented that he “hopes this one works”, admitting that he wasn’t sure about getting the booster. He said that his family members are not going to take up the offer of the booster.
It would appear that many people do not want to get the third jab for fear of having to get a fourth, a fifth or even a sixth jab down the road.
