The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has suspended Russia’s national Olympic body with immediate effect due to ongoing aggression.
The move means that the Russian Olympic Committee is no longer entitled to operate as a National Olympic Committee.
Russia is quickly becoming a well-deserved pariah nation status following the ill-advised invasion of Ukraine.
