Police in the UK have launched an investigation after an 11-year-old girl was allegedly raped.
According to Sky News, the investigation comes after the girl was allegedly attacked on the Isle of Portland in Dorset in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The alleged incident is believed to have occurred at a stone tower on the island and a 18-year-old man has arrested in connection with the incident.
Police say the man has since been released on bail and an investigation is currently ongoing.
