A number of children were rushed to hospital after falling sick in Aura leisure centre in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal yesterday afternoon.
It’s understood that 5 children got very sick during a swimming lesson with a number of others sick too.
Emergency personnel rushed to the scene and the centre was evacuated.
Ambulances brought the children to Letterkenny hospital where their condition was described as not life threatening.
An investigation has been launched after allegedly there was too much chlorine in the water at the time of the swimming lessons.
