Ireland have followed up their opening win over Canada with another easy victory over minnows Romania at the Rugby World Cup this evening.
The boys in green ran out 44-10 winners in front of a record attendance of just over 89,200 which is the highest for a Word Cup game in Wembley this evening. Ireland now sit top of their pool after tries from Tommy Bowe, Keith Earls, Rob Kearney and Chris Henry gave Ireland a fully expected bonus point win over the Romanians.
The boys in green now go on to face Italy next weekend before finishing up with a mouth watering tie with France a week later.
