Met Eireann has forecast a lot of wet and windy weather for Ireland today, with widespread, heavy showers across the country.
It’s not all bad news though, as conditions are expected to improve significantly from tomorrow.
In the meantime, the west and southwest of the country will see heavy showers and temperatures reaching 11C at best.
Milder weather, with afternoon highs of 15-16C, is likely towards the end of the week and into the weekend.
