They may have not have won today, but one member of the Irish rugby team took part in a different battle before kick off today as Johnny Sexton appeared in a new video for Focus Ireland and Three Ireland’s Tackle Homelessness campaign.
The emotionally touching video shows star Johnny Sexton along with a number of homeless people singing the nations rugby anthem Ireland’s Call whilst a the clip showed the current conditions homelessness people in Ireland are going through.
The video which was played before the game and at halftime was all in aid for the watching public to donate and help tackle the issue. If you wish to donate you can do so by texting ‘HOME’ to 50300 which will see €2 go to Focus Ireland.
