Irish man shot on the Costa Del Sol is believed to be a major gangland figure from Dublin




There have been unconfirmed reports circulating this morning stating that the Irish man who was shot dead on the Costa Del Sol yesterday afternoon was a major gangland figure from Dublin.

The news comes after detectives investigating the case say they believe the mans murder was a deliberate assignation and the man brutal killing was the work a professional hitman. Although it has not been confirmed many news sources say the victim of the brutal attack was a well known Dublin gangland figure. The man who has not been named was thought to be in his 30’s and had been on the run from the Kinihan drug cartel who are based in Spain.

Reports say the man was originally from the north inner city of Dublin and had been based in Spain where he was heavily involved in the drug importation business. Spanish media say the man had recently had a dispute with the gang which resulted in a threat being made on his life.
