An Irishman has been arrested by police in Norway after he was caught smoking in an airplane toilet.
According to Norwegian newspaper VG, the man aged in his 20s was arrested after he was found to be smoking in the toilet facilities on board a flight from Tromso to Oslo.
The paper states that the young Irish tourist was detained by officers at the airport.
It is expected the man will receive a large fine.
