Once again, the utility has refused to answer the question of how many of its customers have actually paid their bill.
Paul Murphy TD has been trying to get Irish Water to reveal the amount of people who have honored the bill so far, but the much hated company is not playing ball.
Murphy submitted a Freedom of Information request, which was turned down on the grounds of public interest, among others.
He has now lodged an appeal with the Information Commissioner in relation to the matter.
