A young Irishman is reportedly in critical condition in hospital after falling from a cliff in Portugal.
According to The Irish Mirror newspaper, the 27-year-old man was airlifted to hospital following the incident which occurred at Ingrina Beach near the town of Vila do Bispo, at approximately 5pm yesterday evening.
It is reported that the young man suffered serious spinal injuries after falling 100ft.
Police say the man was taken to a nearby hospital and an investigation into the incident is currently ongoing.
