The Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the mass shooting which took place in Toronto, Canada on Sunday night and left two people dead and another dozen wounded, the Washington Post reports.
The gunman named as 29-year-old Faisal Hassain murdered a 10-year-old child and an 18-year-old girl before being killed by police, BBC News reported.
Investigations show that Hassain did visit websites that support the Islamic State and radical Islamic terrorism and may have expressed support for such atrocities online, Israel National News reported.
