The mental health status of frontline gardai will be at the top of the agenda at the upcoming AGSI conference in Carlow.
It is understood that the issue will be discussed during a dedicated 90-minutes long segment focusing on traumatic experiences that Gardai may be exposed to during their duties.
Some gardai will share personal stories and advice for newer recruits.
