People on social media are claiming that covid “is over”, at least in Northern Ireland, after the province’s Health Minister announced that they were scrapping all remaining covid restrictions.
Masks are no longer required in public places and covid passes are no longer required to gain entry into hospitality or nightclubs.
It remains to be seen what will happen in the South in relation to masks and other remaining restrictions but the good news is that things are definitely moving in the right direction that we can finally put covid behind us for good.
