If you are expecting a little bundle of joy soon and still haven’t decided on a name you might want to take gander below as the Central Statistics Office (CSO) have released the top baby names of 2015.
The latest statistics show that Jack is still top of the list for boys names whilst Emily reclaimed the top spot on the list as the most popular girls name.
The top five boys names has remained relatively unchanged since 2007 and shows that James, Daniel, Conor and Sean are still the most popular baby boy names in 2015.
Meanwhile Emma, Ava, Sophie and Amelia were the most frequent names chosen for baby girls last year. Check the full lists below:
