There was some more good news on the jobs front as Deutsche Börse Group announced they will be creating a 200 positions at its Cork base.
The Financial market infrastructure firm say the positions will be created over the next two years.
It is expected the vast majority of the jobs will become available when the company moves into its new office block in the city.
The company currently has 362 employees at its Cork base and they reported rapid growth since they began back in October 2014.
