A number of US, South Korean, and Japanese assets conducted an air-to-ground attack scenario off the Korean Peninsula yesterday, in a clear show of force to the Pyongyang regime.
Two US B1-B Lancer bombers flew from Guam and were joined by a squadron of South Korean F-15K fighter jets on the target area, aided by Japanese command and control assets.
The strike force simulated the launch of air-to-ground missiles on a stationary target.
The exercise comes at a time of maximum tensions between North Korea, the US, and its allies.
