It really looks like Croker is going to have one of the biggest nights in boxing history this September.
In what can only be described as truly astonishing news that emerged on Good Friday, it has been announced by boxing promoter Kalle Sauerland said that’s it a “done deal” that Tyson Fury will fight Anthony Joshua in Croke Park in September.
It’s reportedly going to be a joint main event in Croker with Katie Taylor also headlining the show as a farewell fight.
If what Kalle Sauerland says is true, this will be a monumental night in Irish sporting history to house such a show.
Speaking to IFL TV today, Sauerland said that both fights are a done deal for Dublin in September.
