Lawyers for Prince Andrews’ accuser Virginia Giuffre have asked for evidence of his alleged inability to sweat as part of his civil sexual assault trial against him.
Ms Giuffre is suing the Queen’s son for sexually assaulting her as a teenager, claiming that she was sold by financier Jeffrey Epstein to have sex with the Duke.
She was pictured with the King and his girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell during the time of their alleged sexual relationship. Andrew has repeatedly and vehemently denied all the allegations.
The Duke of York has now been asked to produce important documents to support his alibi that he did not have sex with her, including confirmation that he did not sweat.
