He knows the date but he ain’t telling!
The Taoiseach Leo Varadkar was speaking on RTE radio this morning and revealed that he has decided on a general election date but that he can’t reveal it at the moment due to ongoing governmental business and protocol.
He said that he will meet with Micheal Martin this week about the election and the date will known from Tuesday.
The Dail will recommence on Wednesday. People are speculating however that the election date will be Friday February 7th.
