
The country is going to the polls – well, at some stage this year that is.
No one knows for sure when the date for the next General Election will be, but by the looks of things that could all change very soon.
Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has contacted Fianna Fail leader Micheal Martin to discuss a possible date for the upcoming general election.
It’s believed that the two men will meet later in the week to talk about the election and other issues.
Micheal Martin recently predicted that he’d be Taoiseach ‘within five years’, so who knows what the meeting will entail or what voter-pact they’ll agree to.
