There was a photobomb of different kind last Saturday as security overseeing the British Royal wedding got a rather unexpected shot of an Aer Lingus jet.
Images which have been released on social media by the National Police Air Service (NPAS), have given the Irish airline somewhat of publicity boost after it was snapped flying over Windsor on Saturday afternoon.
The rather amazing shot which was captured by the helicopter, which is based at RAF Benson in Oxfordshire, shows the enroute jet flying over the crowd more than a 1,000 get below them.
Although there was a 15 minute suspension of all commercial flights over the location during Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s big day, it seems the jet crossed paths with the chopper which was carrying out a detailed security operation over the 100,000 strong crowd in attendance.
