A High Court sentence has earlier today paved the way for a liquidator to be appointed in the case of Console’s total fall from grace.
All parties are now satisfied that the services formerly provided by Console will now be taken up by Pieta House.
Tom Murray, a forensic accountant, has now been appointed as liquidator.
Former CEO Paul Kelly, hi wife Patricia, and three name directors will now be requested to file statements of affairs by mid-September.
