London community marks 3rd anniversary to those who sadly died in the Grenfell Tower block fire disaster

People all across London came together today to pay their respects to those who were tragically killed in the Grenfell Tower block fire three years ago.

In a number of tributes, people from all across the UK stood silent for 72 seconds at midday today to pay their respects to those lost in the devastating blaze which broke out at the apartment block on June 14th 2017.

Meanwhile those who lived in the area pay their respects as well as laying a number of tributes which included candles, flowers and a mosaic.

Local residents in Kensington and areas surrounding the tower block also came together to hold a peaceful march to celebrate the lives of the victims.

The emotional tributes come as 72 people sadly lost their lives in the devastating fire which broke out in the early hours of the morning of June 14th 2017.
