Ireland has a new millionaire this morning after there was one winner of Wednesday’s Midweek Lotto jackpot worth just over €4.7m.
The lucky win comes as part of a double winning night after another lucky punter scooped the top prize of €250,000 in the Lotto Plus 2 draw.
The winning numbers in the main jackpot were: 26, 27, 35, 40, 41, 42, with the bonus number being 7.
National Lottery chiefs say the winning€4,770,304 ticket was purchased in the North East.
Meanwhile the numbers drawn in the Lotto Plus 2 draw were: 8, 19, 30, 33, 36, 47 with the bonus number being 31.
