Low intensity earthquake rocks Donegal for a second time in three weeks




An area of south Co. Donegal has been rocked by a low intensity earthquake, for the second time in just three weeks.

A 2.1 quake struck just before 9.30pm yesterday evening.

A number of residents in the villages of Kilcar, Ardara, and Ballyshannon felt the ground shake beneath them.

There are no reports of injuries or structural damage.
