British police have released CCTV footage of a young woman who was allegedly seen stealing a mobile phone from a woman having a seizure on the street.
The incident happened outside Selly Oak railway station in Birmingham.
The alleged thief approached the woman pretending to help, before reaching into the woman’s pocket, taking her phone, and walking away.
