Luxury car maker Bentley has announced that it’s shedding 1,000 cuts, around a quarter of its entire workforce.
The company blamed coronavirus for causing the need for an ‘urgent reduction in the workforce.’
Sources revealed that Bentley has offered ‘voluntary separation packages’ for now, but compulsory cuts have not been ruled out.
Other upmarket car manufacturers like McLaren and Aston Martin have also announced significant job cuts in recent days.
