In what can only be described as a major blunder, Hillary Clinton called 25% of the electorate “deplorable” at a fundraiser in New York last night.
The ultra left activist Barbra Streisand hosted the dinner which cost $20,000 per meal.
Clinton was being lauded from every angle, and perhaps the adulation got the better of her when she took to the microphone.
Instead of attacking Donald Trump, she went after his supporters instead… The ordinary American citizen.
She said “half his supporters are deplorable people”.
The comment went around the world immediately on social media. Pundits claim it solely could cost her as much as 3% in the election.
Trump on the other hand had a great week with his numbers jumping and with one poll even leading the former Secretary of State.
One thing is for sure – things are hotting up Stateside!
