

At least 68 inmates at a Venezuelan prison have died following a major fire at the facility.
It is believed that the inmates were killed after a fire was deliberately started at the facility when a number of prisoners became involved in violent scenes during an attempted breakout.
Authorities say the prison which is located in the northern city of Valencia has since been extinguished.
It has been reported that the fire started when a number of inmates set fire to their mattresses during the violent.
State media reports also say a number of inmates were burned to death during the horrific incident.
